Message in a Bottle Rally

As a result of a very impressive rally at McDougall church, where 1300 concerned Albertans turned out to learn more about what is happening to PDD and to raise their voices, there was some unfinished business to attend to.

$1400 was raised from the bottle drive to donate to the government to help offset the deficit. And there were also several hundred messages in bottles that people brought to the rally that we promised to deliver to the premier.

A group gathered on the stairs of the Legislature on Wednesday, February 10 at Noon with a very LARGE cheque in tow, along with all the message bottles.
